What changes the price
- Roof size and pitch. Bigger and steeper roofs take longer and need more safety setup.
- Snow depth and type. Wet, heavy or icy snow is slower to clear than fresh powder.
- Access. Unplowed roads, long walks and water-access properties add time.
- Timing. Right after a big storm, demand is highest.
- Ice. Ice dam steaming is slower work and is often billed by the hour.
How to get the most accurate price
